Expect 5-7 days for processing. We offer contactless pickup, $5.00 flat rate untracked Canadian shipping and $15 tracked mail. Unfortunately, with untracked mail, I cannot guarantee a date of delivery, nor will I replace lost deliveries.
Due to the nature of the product and hygienic reasons, refunds and/or exchanges will not be available.
